2. Delivery Timelines

– **Local Orders (Jodhpur):** Delivered within 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.
– **Regional & National Orders (Across Rajasthan & India):** Standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination pincode and courier accessibility.

3. Shipping Charges

– Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment and the delivery destination. The exact shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment.
– Wholesale and bulk shipments may be routed via commercial transport agencies as mutually agreed with the buyer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/number via SMS or Email to track your package in real-time.

5. Damaged Shipments
